Generation Z (ages 13-25) are struggling to launch into the world as they come into adulthood. Covid 19 has changed their world and their expectations for their future. The next worldwide pandemic will be Gen Z's mental health.
Yoga practices including postures, meditation, breathing, exercise, proper diet, building community, finding meaning and life-purpose are the keys to improving mental health for this age group. The main question we need to answer is, "How can we reach this age group in a way that meets them where they are, uses technology and language that they will buy into?" We will answer this question and more!
