About this talk

Based on Nalanie’s spiritual knowledge and personal experiences, she is able to offer hope and advice on how to move on with life following the loss of a loved one. Her study of psychology has enabled her to gain a better understanding of Yogic philosophy and to apply it both in her regular Satsangs on Raj Yoga and the "Science of the Mind", and in her work as a counsellor dealing with a wide range of emotional issues including bereavement. As such she is now highly regarded as a 'soul doctor', which is a fitting epithet.

Nalanie will focus on grief by providing some useful Yogic practices and helpful advice to anyone suffering bereavement and going through this most challenging and painful of times.
