Breathing Globally

This free, hour-long practice comes from Robin’s 3-part series, “The Vital Breath: Harness the breath as a powerful tool for healing and consciousness". This practical series will expand your experience of the breath even as it challenges long-held beliefs about the ‘best way to breathe’. Each practice focuses on a unique aspect of what cultivates healthy breathing; from an exploration into optimal diaphragmatic activation, to working intelligently with breath-holds (kumbhakas) and the bandhas, to use of the breath to tap into the subtle frequency of prana. This course provides an experiential deep dive into functional breathing, relevant and timely for any yoga teacher, therapist or practitioner, especially for those working with students post-COVID.

Please note, you need to register as an attendee before you can access this freebie.
